Standard Item Processing Times
All standard items are processed within 3 days and sent to the warehouse for dispatch.

Shipping Times
We offer free standard shipping to various countries around the world (list of countries below).
The standard shipping times are as follows:
● United Kingdom: 7 to 15 days*
● Europe: 7 to 15 days*
● USA: 7 to 15 days*
● Middle East: 15 days*
● Central Asia: 15 days*
● Australia and New Zealand: 15 to 25 days*

*The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and should not be considered as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure the shipping process runs as smoothly as possible, but in case of delayed delivery, we do not issue refunds.

Currently, we do not offer an express shipping option due to the costs involved.
